The Juan Gil Blue Label Cuvée A is an exceptional red wine from the sun-drenched region of Jumilla in south-eastern Spain. In this special vintage, the prestigious Bodegas Juan Gil winery relies entirely on the indigenous Monastrell grape variety, which represents the identity of the region like no other. Vinified as a pure variety, this wine reflects all the depth, power and elegance of old vines - a true masterpiece of Spanish winemaking.In the glass, the wine is a deep cherry red with violet reflections. The intense bouquet seduces with aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries and plums, accompanied by fine nuances such as dark chocolate, roasted coffee, black pepper and garrigue herbs. Powerful and full-bodied on the palate, with ripe fruit, structuring but wonderfully integrated tannins and an elegant woody spiciness. The long finish is distinctive, velvety and characterized by lingering spice.The Monastrell grapes come from vines that are over 40 years old and thrive on barren, stony soils at an altitude of around 700 meters. The continental climate with hot days and cool nights ensures optimal ripening and a high concentration of aromas. After selective manual harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place to preserve the fruit. The red wine then matures for 18 months in new French and American oak barriques, giving it depth, structure and ageing potential.The Juan Gil Blue Label Monastrell is an ideal accompaniment to hearty meat dishes such as leg of lamb, game ragout, beef steak or braised oxtail. It also cuts an excellent figure with ripe Manchego, dark chocolate or spicy stews.

Juan Gil Blue Label DOP ist ein Premium-Rotwein, der von der Bodegas Juan Gil hergestellt wird, einem Familienunternehmen in der Region Jumilla im Südosten Spaniens. Der Wein wird zum überwiegenden Teil aus Monastrell-Trauben hergestellt, die an alten, ertragsarmen Rebstöcken in den schroffen, sonnenverwöhnten Hügeln der Region angebaut werden. Ergänzt um Trauben der Rebsorten Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah erhält der Wein eine feine Würze.Der Juan Gil Blue Label DOP reift 18 Monate lang in französischen Eichenfässern, was dem Wein komplexe Aromen von Vanille, Toast und Pfeffer verleiht.Der spanische Rotwein hat eine tiefe, dunkle und intensive rote Farbe mit Aromen von Brombeeren, Heidelbeeren und Pflaumen sowie Anklängen von Tabak, Leder und dunkler Schokolade. The Juan Gil Red Blend combines the best of Spanish and international grape varieties to create a multi-layered, full-bodied cuvée. The wines of Bodega Juan Gil from Jumilla stand for depth, power and elegance - and this is exactly what characterizes this blend. Intense fruit aromas, fine spice and a harmonious tannin structure make it an expressive red wine with a long finish. Originally, this wine was only vinified for the American market. But due to its success in the USA, it is now also available in Germany. Fortunately, one can only say.The Juan Gil Red Blend has a deep purple color with violet reflections. On the nose, it develops intense aromas of dark berries, ripe plums and cherries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with smoky and spicy nuances. The wood note typical of the American wine style is also clearly perceptible in this red wine. The juicy and creamy mouthfeel is accompanied by slightly dusty tannins.The expressive red blend from Juan Gil is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, lamb chops or hearty tapas. Der Juan Gil Silver Label stammt aus der Region Jumilla in Spanien. Es handelt sich um einen 100% aus Monastrell Trauben hergestellten Rotwein. Er wurde in Edelstahltanks vergoren und reifte mehrere Monate auf französischem Holz. Das Ergebnis ist ein tiefviolett-schwarzer Wein mit explosiven Aromen von reifen Johannisbeeren, roten Beeren und geräucherten Noten. Reichhaltig, kraftvoll und voluminös im Auftakt, seidig und saftig im mittleren Gaumen mit ausgezeichneter Länge und Nachhaltigkeit und einem langen, würzigen, ausgewogenen Abgang mit Röstnoten des französischen Holzes.Der Silver Label von Juan Gil passt perfekt zu Wildfleisch, gedünstetem Gemüse, Pilzen, Wild und Geflügel, Aufläufen, Fisch mit pikanter Soße, Blauschimmelkäse oder anderen gereiften Käse.
