Enate Rosado DO

The Enate Rosado DO is both a powerful and intensely fruity wine. On the nose, it shows noticeable hints of bilberries and strawberries as well as nuances of pepper. The wine is full-bodied on the palate, with a great balance and a stimulating acidity. This rosé develops while you’re drinking it, showing a pleasantly long finish. The elegant Enate Rosado DO has won several prizes and is one of Spain’s shining examples of rosé wines. Try this invigorating wine with chicken, rice dishes, tapas or as a lovely aperitif.

Enate ist einer der großen Namen für spanischen Wein. Die Bodega liegt in einer noch wenig bekannten, aber sehr traditionsreichen Weinregion: im Somontano. Somontano bedeutet „zu Füßen der Berge“, hier also am Fuß der Pyrenäen.

Der Name der Weine ist entlehnt von dem kleinen Dorf Enate, gelegen im Somontano, in der Nähe von Barbastro. Dort befindet sich auch der größte Teil der Weinberge der Bodega. Die Weine werden ausschließlich aus eigenem Rebgut erzeugt. Die Weinberge werden nach den Prinzipien des biologischen Weinbaus bearbeitet.

Enate hat von Anfang an nach den Sternen gegriffen. Es war das erklärte Ziel, Weine zu machen, die in der Weltspitze mitspielen. Dazu haben sie sich einen der profilierten Weinmacher Spaniens geholt: Jesus Artajona.

Kunst war von Anfang an ein zentraler Begriff für Enate. Ihre Weine sind Kunstwerke und sie wollten diese Weine mit Kunst umgeben. Sie haben deshalb alle wichtigen lebenden spanischen Künstler gebeten, für Enate zu malen. Entstanden ist eine Kunstgalerie mit mehr als 100 Gemälden. Darunter finden sich alle großen Namen der zeitgenössischen spanischen Malerei wie Tapies, Chillida, Saura etc … Aus diesen Gemälden werden die Motive für die Etiketten der Weine gewählt.

The Armas de Guerra Rosado comes from the Bierzo region in northwestern Spain. It is made from the Mencia grape variety, which is cultivated exclusively in northwestern and central Spain. El Coto Rosado
El Coto Rosado has a typical, attractive and intense rosé color in the glass. An elegant and aromatic wine from Spain, reminiscent of fresh raspberries and caramel. This rosé wine from the Rioja region is fresh and fruity on the palate.The vines grow on chalky soils in the Rioja Alavesa. After harvesting, the grapes are first macerated on their skins for 48 hours. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for around 15 days. After blending the two grape varieties, the rosé wine matures for some time in stainless steel tanks before being bottled and released for sale.Enjoy the dry El Coto Rosado as an aperitif, with tapas with fish and seafood or with Mediterranean rice dishes.

Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya
Garnacha and Carinena are the two grape varieties that give the Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya its special character. The grapes are crushed for 24 hours to extract as much red coloring as possible. In the glass, the dry rosé is a bright, shiny raspberry pink with fine reddish-red reflections.On the nose, fruity aromas of ripe wild berries (blueberries, strawberries), cherry jam and some pomegranate blend with notes of creamy butter caramel, green coffee beans and marzipan.
