For generations, the traditional Haute Cabrière wine estate has dedicated itself to the art of creating elegant wines full of character from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Inspired by the tradition of champagne production, this South African blend from Franschhoek brings a refined elegance to the glass.The grapes come from the sun-drenched vineyards of Franschhoek, one of South Africa's most renowned wine regions. Chardonnay brings freshness and minerality, while Pinot Noir provides structure and subtle red fruit. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, with the Pinot Noir adding just a hint of color to the wine. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and primary aromas. Stellenbosch is probably the best-known wine region in South Africa.After the grapes were pressed, the skins were left in contact with the liquid for around 3 hours.
