The Neropasso Rosso IGT Magnum (delivered in a wooden box) offers a wonderfully intense, fruity and spicy bouquet hinting of black cherries and stewed plums. This red wine is a blend consisting of Corvinone, Corvina and Cabernet Sauvignon. Corvinone and Corvina are grape varieties typical of the Veneto region. The Mabis estate is renowned for its ability to express the full potential of these varietals in its red wines.

The Neropasso Rosso is elegant, harmonious, full and velvety on the palate, with sweet tannins in the finish. The grapes for this wine were partly dried before pressing. This special Appassimento method is characteristic for the Veneto region. The Mabis winery has mastered this process thanks to years of experience.

Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Paradiso

The Tenuta Sant Antonio winery is located northeast of Verona and surrounded by its own vineyards. With the wines of the Scaia line, the Castagnedi brothers fulfilled their dream of creating wines that better meet the requirements of young winemakers.The Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Paradiso is a cuvée consisting of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are dried for 20 days before they are pressed. After the gentle pressing of all the grapes, the wine is aged for 20 days with selected biological yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures for one year in 500-litre French oak casks.The bouquet of this ruby-red wine recalls Maraska cherries, wild berries and candied fruit. The bouquet is complemented by spicy notes of black pepper, liquorice, cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, the Scaia Paradiso is a genuine charmer - soft, warm, velvety.The fruity, spicy red wine is a perfect accompaniment to pasta dishes with truffles, meat ragout, grilled red meat and ripe cheeses.
