The Cielo e Terra Prosecco Spumante DOC Brut embodies Italian lightness in its most sparkling form.

This Prosecco from Veneto is made from Glera grapes and impresses with its fresh, fruity character. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks according to the Méthode Charmat, which brings out its fine perlage and aromatic clarity particularly well.

In the glass, it shines straw yellow with greenish reflections, with notes of green apple, pear and citrus on the nose. Dry, lively and harmonious on the palate - a wonderfully light pleasure.

Ideal as an aperitif or with light starters, seafood and summer dishes. Perfect for a toast or simply on its own.

The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance).This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines.
