A pale straw-yellow sparkling wine from Conegliano Valdobbiadene with hints of emerald, compellingly luminous, with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles. A delicate note of fresh-baked bread in bouquet is the first to emerge, followed by apple, pear, and peach, alongside refined impressions of rose petals and acacia blossoms. The crisp palate is both smooth and sweet, perfectly complemented by a noticeable, lemonish acidity. Fine balance, delicacy, and immediate drinkability.

Feudi Di San Marzano "I Tratturi" Primitivo IGT

Production area: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. At almost 100 meters above the sea level, with a high average temperature and very few rainfall during the year. The soils are mainly composed by clay, with an average depth which reaches up to 1 meter.Harvest period: Second and third decade of August Vinification: Thermo-controlled maceration, followed by draining and soft pressing at the end of the alcoholic fermentation Maturation: In stainless-steel Deep ruby red colour with violet reflections, intense aroma, fruity with notes of prunes and cherry, spicy with rosemary and vanilla scent. Zenato Valpolicella Superiore

The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance).This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. Biscardo Maurizio B Martino Prosecco Millesimato DOC

This Prosecco has a straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it offers intense notes of peach blossom and hints of apple. On the palate, this creation of the winery Mabis is velvety and harmonious. The finish is rather dry, the after taste wonderfully aromatic.
