Print product information sheet

A pale straw-yellow sparkling wine from Conegliano Valdobbiadene with hints of emerald, compellingly luminous, with a near-endless bead of the tiniest bubbles.

A delicate note of fresh-baked bread in bouquet is the first to emerge, followed by apple, pear, and peach, alongside refined impressions of rose petals and acacia blossoms.

The crisp palate is both smooth and sweet, perfectly complemented by a noticeable, lemonish acidity. Fine balance, delicacy, and immediate drinkability.

Bepin de Eto Rosato Flavo Brut Spumante Millesimato
Fascinatingly diverse notes of light peach, apricots, musk melon, lychees and pink grapefruit characterise the bouquet of the Bepin de Eto Rosato Flavo Brut Spumante Millesimato. The bouquet is complemented by aromas of ripe pineapple and roses. This sparkling wine is a shimmering, intense pink in the glass. It is fine and lean on the palate, uniting an elegant intensity with good complexity. In addition, the Bepin de Eto Rosato Flavo Brut Spumante Millesimato is charming, fresh, velvety and well-balanced. Its finish is slightly spicy and juicy. We recommend enjoying the Bepin de Eto Rosato Flavo Brut Spumante Millesimato well-chilled in tulip glasses. The Spumante (sparkling wine) comes from vineyards located on the slopes of the Dolomites in the north of Treviso province. It is lovely on its own as an aperitif. Production area: Selected vineyards of Neviera and Casa Rossa, located in San Marzano district. The soil is mainly “terra rossa”, with a fine texture and generally a calcareous undergound with a few emerging rocks. The well-known redness of these soils is due to the presence of iron oxides. This is the “classical” central area of d.o.c. ”Primitivo di Manduria” Harvest period: Third decade of August, first decade of September Vinification: Hand-harvested in small baskets. Maceration: 18 days with selected autochtonous yeasts.
