In the South Tyrolean “Unterland”, in the middle of the valley, surrounded by orchards and vineyards near the river Adige lies the traditional winery Peter Zemmer. The Lagrein Reserve is a wonderful creation from the autochthonous variety.

The characterful red wine has a garnet red color with purple hues. On the nose, a gorgeous multifaceted bouquet, with notes of violets, dark chocolate, berries, licorice and vanilla. On the palate, velvety, with a clear structure and supple, soft tannins.

The wine comes from selected individual vineyards. 15 months the Lagrein Reserve matured in barrique-barrels, after the assemblage ten months in large oak barrels. This was followed by a six-month aging on the bottle. The wine is thanks to this long maturation phase remarkably balanced.

Enjoy this fine wine with red meats, game dishes or spicy cheese.

Lagrein DOC in matured 7-10 month in large wooden barrels. The 100% Lagrein from the winery Cantina Terlan has a dark garnet color. On the nose, intensely fruity. Notes of dried cranberries and sour cherry are complemented by a floral scent of lilac. Nuances of chocolate complete the complex bouquet. On the palate, juicy and harmonious, with a fine texture and delicate tannins. Cantina Tramin Urban Lagrein Riserva DOC

With the Urban Lagrein Riserva, you’ll enjoy one of the best red wines from South Tyrol. It is a dense violet-black in colour, and redolent of violets, blackberries and black currants. Peter Zemmer Gewürztraminer ist ein charaktervoller Vertreter dieser traditionellen Rebsorte Südtirols. Der Weißwein überzeugt mit seinem kräftigen Aroma.Der ganze Charme Südtirols findet sich in einem Glas Peter Zemmer Gewürztraminer wieder. Schon seit dem 11. Jahrhundert wird dieser Weißwein in der Region angebaut. Er leuchtet im Glas intensiv stroh- bis goldgelb. Sein Geruch ist von würzigen Noten getragen, begleitet von süß-muskatellartigen Nuancen von Trockenblumen, Nelken und Rosenblüten. Den Gaumen verwöhnt der Gewürztraminer mit einem vollmundigen, würzigen, reichen, lebhaft-frischen Geschmack und einer harmonisch abgestimmten Säure.Servieren Sie den Wein leicht gekühlt bei einer Trinktemperatur von 12 bis 14 °C.
