Enjoy the king of wines with Serre dei Roveri Barolo DOCG, one of the finest wines in the world. Let yourself be seduced by the floral fragrances, fruity taste and excellent aroma for a very special taste experience.

The Serre dei Roveri Barolo DOCG comes from the Sartirano Figli winery in Piedmont, Italy. Together with the grapes from the western vineyards around Castiglione Faletto and Monforte d'Alba, the Nebbiolo grapes give this delicious vintage its wonderfully strong, garnet red color and form a composition of soft, fruity and powerful, spicy flavors.

Fragrant nuances of violets and roses mingle with black and red fruit aromas. An additional hint of licorice and the peppery, spicy note make the Serre dei Roveri Barolo DOCG the perfect accompaniment to roast veal and game, grilled meat and fillet at a serving temperature of between 16 and 18 °C. It can also be served with a selection of cheeses. It is also the perfect accompaniment to a selection of cheeses to round off a delicious dinner.

Morgenster Nabucco Nebbiolo

Wenn man die Geschichte dahinter kennt, sehr gut können wir da nur sagen. Giulio Bertrand, geborener Italiener, kaufte 1992 das Weingut Morgenster. Nach erster Restaurierung stand er hinter dem alten Herrenhaus und sah auf einen Hügel. Der Hügel erinnerte ihn an seine Heimat und so er beschloss eine heimatliche Rebsorte dort anzubauen und das war eben die Traube Nebbiolo.Die Trauben des Nabucco Nebbiolo stammen aus einem einzigen 1,6 ha großen Weinberg. Dieser raffinierte, tief nuancierte Wein drückt bemerkenswerte Eleganz und große Kraft dieser berühmten norditalienischen Rebsorte aus. Dieser Wein hat eine helle Farbe und einen hohen Säuregehalt. Er ist vollmundig und passt hervorragend als Essensbegleiter. Seine erdige Struktur erinnert an einen Pinot Noir, allerdings mit mehr Geschmack und Kraft. Im Abgang wunderbar weich und stoffig. Ein südafrikanischer Nebbiolo also: der Morgenster Nabucco Nebbiolo. Da hilft nur probieren!

Occhetti is the name for a single vineyard in the Langhe region of Piedmont. Prunotto Occhetti is an elegant and well-balanced red wine made from the Nebbiolo grape. The garnet red wine has a concentrated aroma of raspberries, roses and a hint of licorice. On the palate, it is wonderfully full-bodied with distinct tannins that are wonderfully round and mellow thanks to 18 months of ageing in wooden barrels. The harmoniously full flavor is supported by a well-integrated, present acidity. Aromas of dark fruit and spicy notes remain in this dry wine from Italy, even on the long finish.The Prunotto Occhetti Nebbiolo Langhe goes well with cooked pork, pasta or risotto.

Production area: Selected vineyards of Neviera and Casa Rossa, located in San Marzano district. The soil is mainly “terra rossa”, with a fine texture and generally a calcareous undergound with a few emerging rocks. The well-known redness of these soils is due to the presence of iron oxides. The climate is characterised by high temperatures all year round, very few rainfalls and a wide difference of temperature between night and day, which has a nice influence on the quality of grapes. Maceration: 18 days with selected autochtonous yeasts. Zenato Valpolicella Superiore

The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance).This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.

Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG

This wine shows an excellent fullness, majestic aromas and an outstanding balance among all components, giving it ideal potential for prolonged ageing. The Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico is a sensational masterpiece of taste and fragrance. The Amarone has an impressive elegance, ripe fruit and an inviting bouquet. It is ruby-red in colour and shows fine hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is impressively powerful, with warm, rich nuances of wild cherry and chocolate. The Amarone is a little jewel in the range of Zenato wines. It is made of the excellent Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta and Croatina grapes, which come from the Valpolicella Classico region from the municipalities of Sant'Ambrogio, Negrar, Pedemonte, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. The grapes are harvested and picked by hand and subsequently dried for a period of three months. As a consequence, much of the liquid evaporates, resulting in berries that are extremely rich in sugar. After fermentation, the wine matured for 30 months in oak casks and for a further 12 months in the bottle.
