Fiulot ist im piemontesischen Sprachgebrauch ein junger Mann. Damit deutet sich zumindest die Stilistik dieses Rotweins aus dem Hause Prunotto schon an.

Es handelt sich um einen sanften und leicht zu trinkenden Barbera. Die dunkle rubinrote Farbe lässt vielleicht zunächst etwas anderes vermuten, aber der Wein ist jugendlich frisch und mit fruchtigen Aromen von Pflaume und Kirsche ausgestattet. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Prunotto Fiulot Barbera d`Asti äußerst rund und ausgewogen. Er duftet fast ein wenig fordernd und animiert zu einem weiteren Schluck.

Der Fiulot Barbera d`Asti von Prunotto passt gut zu Gegrilltem oder einfach solo in geselliger Runde.
