Ein Rotwein aus Apulien, dem Absatz des italienischen "Stiefels", dessen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eine wahre Freude ist: Der Vigneti del Salento I Muri Sangiovese Puglia ist ein wunderbarer Rotwein für unbeschwerte Stunden, der die Vorzüge der Rebsorte Sangiovese eindrucksvoll transportiert, die in Apulien (Puglia) ideale Bedingungen hat.

Dieser Sangiovese aus Italien schimmert im Glas rubinrot. Das anregende Bouquet vereint Noten von Erdbeeren und Schwarzkirschen mit feinen Holz-Tönen. Am Gaumen ist der Vigneti del Salento I Muri Sangiovese Puglia trocken und ausgewogen, mit mittlerem Körper und präsenten, gekonnt eingebundenen Tanninen. Die große Frische und ein Finale, in dem mineralische Anklänge von Kalkstein und Lehm zum Tragen kommen, runden das Geschmackserlebnis ab.

Dieser reinsortige Sangiovese aus dem Norden Apuliens wurde zu 10 bis 20% im Eichenholz ausgebaut, der Rest im Edelstahltank. Genießen Sie den Rotwein bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15 - 18°C. Dank seiner Fruchtigkeit ein idealer Sommerwein. The Vigneti del Salento I Muri Rosso is a cuvée consisting of the Sangiovese, Malvesia Nera and Aglianico grape varieties, all cultivated in the Salento region. The I Muri Rosso is proof that a combination of these grape varieties results in a wonderful wine. It is an intense red with a slightly violet shimmer in the glass. The nose is dominated by aromas of red and black fruit. The power of the Apulian sun is very impressive, giving the wine its rich, fruity flavour. The I Muri Rosso is extremely soft and velvety on the palate. Its finish is characterised by a slight sweetness. The wine goes perfectly with antipasti, light starters with meat or soft cheeses.

Die früher nur zurückhaltend verwendete Traube Negroamaro findet hier die ideale Umgebung, um sortenrein hervorragende Weine hervorzubringen.Der charakteristische Duft nach roten Früchten und Johannisbeeren bereitet mit einer zarten Kräuternote sehr vielversprechend auf den ersten Schluck vor. Dieser ist weich, körperreich und mit einem Anklang an Schokolade fein akzentuiert. Die Tannine sind trotz ihrer starken Präsenz sehr angenehm. Auch der Nachklang kann durch ein langes Finale überzeugen.Die Rasse dieses Weines entfaltet sich am besten bei 16 bis 18 °C. Reichen Sie dazu gut gewürzte Vorspeisenplatten aus italienischen Köstlichkeiten, oder gönnen Sie sich elegante Fleischgerichte mit rustikalem Einschlag.
