Nero die Troia, die autochthone Rotweinsorte Süd-Italiens, zeigt auch mit dem Tagaro Pinataro Nero di Troia Rosso Puglia ihr ganzes Potenzial. Im Bouquet bietet dieser reinsortige Wein aus Apulien intensive Noten von roten und schwarzen Beeren, die wunderbar mit einer süßlichen Würze harmonieren. Am Gaumen kraftvoll und zugleich frisch, mit viel Frucht und Würze sowie merklichen, aber sehr gut eingebundenen Tanninen. Das Finale hält lange an.
