Eine Komposition aus den Rebsorten Weißburgunder, Riesling, Spätburgunder und Chardonnay bildet die Grundlage der Cuvée VAUX von Schloss Vaux aus Eltville. Der deutsche Sekt aus dem hessischen Rheingau ist schon optisch ein Glanzlicht. Er strahlt in einem vornehmen Gelb im Glas mit grünem Schimmer, dazu eine anhaltende Perlage.

Die Cuvée VAUX duftet nach Zitrusfrüchten und Aprikosen, dazu Nuancen von Melone. Feine florale Noten runden das Bouquet ab. Am Gaumen ist der hochwertige Sekt trocken und zugleich herrlich knackig-frisch und mineralisch (vor allem der Riesling zeigt hier seine Qualitäten).
