This is where most characterful Rieslings grow, which bear the name of the special soil.The Tonschiefer Dönnhoff Riesling comes from vines that are between 25 and 30 years old. The grapes were harvested to 100% by hand. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks, which explains the beautiful complexity of this white wine.
