The Jean Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the high-altitude vineyards of the Tupungato Valley in Mendoza, Argentina - one of South America's best-known regions for high-quality red wines.The Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark purple-red in the glass. The bouquet is characterized by aromas of red berries, complemented by subtle nuances of sweet spices."Open-knit", elegant in style, with plenty of minerality, cherry and redcurrant. Lively acidity keeps the Jean Bousquet Cabernet Sauvignon refreshing until the finish. Ripe, concentrated fruit aromas with notes of tobacco and black pepper on the palate. Long and structured finish with fine tannins. Jean Bousquet Grande Reserve Malbec 2022

The Grande Reserve Malbec from organic cultivation has a dense purple, almost black color, typical of the top quality of Argentinian Malbec. Intense aromas are reminiscent of ripe red berries, plums, blackcurrants, black pepper, with notes of candied fruit and jam. Subtle notes of chocolate, coffee and nuts result from the long maturation in new French oak barrels. Silky and soft on the palate, with round tannins and notes of blackberries, spices and truffles. This aromatic complexity creates an exquisite finish.This red wine matures for 12 months in new French oak barrels and at least 12 months in the bottle.This Argentinian wine goes well with roasted meat, cheese and chocolate desserts. The Jean Bousquet Malbec combines the power and fruitiness of Argentina with the finesse of French winemaking. The Bousquet family, originally from France, has settled in the high altitudes of Mendoza to produce wines of exceptional quality and authenticity. This Malbec impresses with its deep aromas, soft tannins and harmonious character.The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards in the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's most renowned wine-growing regions. The continental climate with warm days and cool nights ensures optimum ripeness and intense aromas. After selective hand-picking, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness and freshness. Part of the wine is then matured for several months in French oak barrels, which gives it additional depth and elegant spice.In the glass, the Jean Bousquet Malbec is a deep, dark ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of dark fruits such as black cherry, plum and blackberry, complemented by subtle notes of violet, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Der Jean Bousquet Chardonnay reifte zuerst im Edelstahltank, anschließend 4 Monate auf der Flasche. Nicht wie andere Weine, hat dieser Chardonnay bewusst keine Holzreifung erfahren. Dadurch ist der Weißwein ein perfekte Essensbegleiter mit einzigartigen Fruchtaromen. Die Trauben von dem Weingut Domaine Bousquet stammen aus den Regionen Mendoza und Tupungato in Argentinien, welche hervorragende Klimabedingungen auf einer Höhe von 1000 Meter für das Reifen der Reben bieten.Der reinsortige Chardonnay kommt aus einem biologischen Anbau und zeigt sich in einer hellgelben Farbe mit grünen Reflexen. In der Nase ist der Jean Bousquet Chardonnay geprägt von tropischen Fruchtaromen mit floralen- und Zitrusnoten. Am Gaumen angekommen, entfaltet der trockene Weißwein Aromen von Apfel, Birne und Limette mit einem leichten Ton süßer Gewürze.Dieser Weißwein lässt sich ideal zu Vorspeisen, Meeresfrüchten und Fischgerichten bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 10-12 °C genießen.
