Am Gaumen ist der Rotwein aus den USA trocken, mit einer geschmeidigen Textur und einer fruchtbetonten Intensität an köstlichen Aromen (saftige Kirschen). Die weichen Tannine sind gekonnt eingebunden.

Dieser Rotwein ist eine Kreation aus Trauben, die von den berühmten Lagen Kaliforniens stammen wie Sonoma County, Lake County und der Central Coast. Der rubinrote Wein wurde in einer Kombination aus Edelstahl und neuer Eiche ausgebaut.

The EOS Chardonnay is a white wine from California that offers a wonderful spectrum of aromas and flavors thanks to meticulously harvested grapes and its maturation in a combination of stainless steel and new oak. La Villette Pinot Noir VdF

Die Trauben für den reinsortigen Pinot Noir aus Südfrankreich gedeihen in Weinbergen an den Ausläufern der kühleren Pyrenäen und Cevennen auf Böden aus Kalkstein. Um die frischen Fruchtnoten im Wein zu erhalten, fängt die Weinbereitung mit zwei Tagen Kaltmazeration an. Es folgt eine weitere Gärung von zwei Wochen. Anschließend reift der La Villette Pinot Noir VdF für sechs Monate in französischer Eiche. In der Nase beeindruckt der Rotwein mit erfrischenden und subtilen Aromen von reifen Himbeeren und Preiselbeeren mit Noten von Pflaume und Toast. Am Gaumen zeigt der Pinot Noir eine schöne Balance von reifen Früchten und Frische mit einem ansprechenden würzigen Raucharoma.

Delheim Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackberry and plum aromas, backed by undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is elegant and lingers on the palate.Fermentation with selected yeast strains. Temperature was maintained at 25-28°C. Pump-overs were conducted 4 times a day until fermented dry. The wine was matured for 13 months in French oak, and then bottled with a screw cap.
