Ripe fruit nose, with hints of plums, cherries and wildberries. Spicy, roasted and balsamic aromas. Memories of mineral notes, which identify it with the vineyard. It leaves a long and lingering finish that allows us to remember all the above described and shows the great personality of this wine. Culmen is only produced from harvests of outstanding quality.

Grape varieties: 89% Tempranillo, 11% Graciano

Selected grapes from 40 years old vines coming from "Pago EI Rincón", located at own vineyard "Viñia Lanciano". Grapes are picked up by hand and afterwards selected, grain by grain at sorting tables. Fermentation of destalked grapes takes place in new small stainless steel tanks to obtain the best colour extraction. Malolactic fermentation took place in new French Allier oak.

Aging: During 20 months in new French oak barrel followed by 18 months in the bottle.

Bodegas LAN

Die Bodegas LAN wurde 1972 gegründet und gehört zu den besten Weingütern der Region Rioja. Sie wurde mehrfach international ausgezeichnet. Auf dem 72 Hektar großen Weinberg, dem Vina Lanciano, der sich in der Nähe des Flusses Ebro an der Grenze von Rioja und Álava befindet, werden hauptsächlich die Rebsorten Tempranillo, Garnacha und Mazuelo angebaut. Auf den steinigen, kargen Böden wachsen vielfach sehr alte Rebstöcke und die besonderen klimatischen Bedingungen garantieren ausgewogene Weine.

Der Weinanbau hat hier eine lange Tradition. Schon zur Römerzeit wurden auf dem Weinberg Reben angebaut. Der Name LAN steht für die drei Provinzen der Rioja Logrono, Alava und Navarra.

Ego Bodegas El Goru DOP

The El Ego Bodegas Goru DOP has an intense aroma of ripe red fruits. Notes of plum compote and blueberry muffins, along with subtle hints of nutty chocolate and a touch of licorice, define the bouquet. These are complemented by subtle roasted aromas.On the palate, this blend of Monastrell, Syrah (Shiraz), and Petit Verdot is pleasantly creamy, fresh, and fruit-forward (wild berries), with smooth, ripe tannins. In the glass, it displays a deep purple color with violet highlights. This Spanish red wine is aged in barriques for four months. The El Goru from the Ego Boderas winery in Jumilla is an excellent pairing for grilled meats, suckling pig, and meatballs. This dry red wine is also a top recommendation for various types of cheese.

The Armas de Guerra Rosado comes from the Bierzo region in northwestern Spain. It is made from the Mencia grape variety, which is cultivated exclusively in northwestern and central Spain. The wine is a light cherry-red in the glass. On the nose, it offers lovely notes of wildflowers and lavender in particular, underpinned by aromas of ripe red fruit. This rosé from Château d'Esclans is phenomenal. Fragrant notes of mango and nectarine on the nose. On the palate, spicy and minerally with impressive depth. The finish is exceptionally long. An unforgettable rosé of Côtes de Provence, created mainly of Grenache and a minor proportion Rolle (Vermentino).The grapes for the Château d'Esclans Garrus come from vines that are at least 80 years old. For this rosé the Saignée method was used (90% free run juice, 10% first slight pressing). Eight months matured the wine in oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage, the stirring of the lees.
