Der Atalaya Alaya Tierra ist ein kraftvoller und tiefgründiger Rotwein aus der Almansa-Region in Spanien, der seine Herkunft aus extremen, kargen Höhenlagen durch Intensität und Tiefe widerspiegelt. Mit einer beeindruckenden Konzentration an Aromen und einer beeindruckenden Struktur, gilt dieser Wein als einer der eindrucksvollsten Ausdrucksformen der Garnacha Tintorera Reben, die in dieser Region gedeihen.

Im Glas leuchtet der Atalaya Alaya Tierra in einem dunklen, nahezu undurchsichtigen Purpurrot. Das Bouquet besticht durch eine satte, vielschichtige Aromatik, die von schwarzen Früchten wie Brombeeren und reifen Pflaumen dominiert wird. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein vollmundig, mit opulenter Fruchtfülle, kräftigen, aber geschmeidigen Tanninen und einer ausgewogenen Säure. Die reiche Textur und das langanhaltende, würzige Finale mit dezenten Holznoten machen diesen Wein zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Der Clos i Terrasses Laurel ist ein herausragender Wein aus der renommierten Weinbauregion Priorat in Katalonien, Spanien. Bei diesem Rotwein handelt es sich um den sogenannten „Zweitwein“ des Clos Erasmus. Der Wein ist dominiert von der Garnacha Traube und um ca. je 10% mit Cabernet Sauvignon und Syrah ergänzt. Im Glas zeigt der Clos i Terrasses Laurel ein tiefgründiges und lebendiges Aromenspektrum von schwarzen Kirschen, Hibiskus, Pflaumen und Passionsfrucht mit einem Hauch von Wacholder. Diese Fruchtaromen werden von einer Vielfalt an würzigen Noten, mediterranen Kräutern sowie mineralischen Nuancen begleitet.Die Struktur des Clos i Terrasses Laurel ist bemerkenswert, mit seidigen Tanninen, köstlicher Frucht und Saftigkeit glänzt der Wein mit Harmonie und Ausgewogenheit. Obwohl er in seiner Jugend genossen werden kann, kann der Laurel von Clos i Terrasses durchaus von einigen Jahren Flaschenreife profitieren, um seine volle Komplexität zu entfalten.In dieser Preiskategorie wohl mit das Beste was das Priorat zu bieten hat. The grapes for the Telmo Rodriguez Pegaso Pizarra come from vineyards located in the shadow of the La Paramera mountains. The bush vines in the used vineyards located in Cebreros are between 60 and 80 years old and form the basis for a Garnacha of great depth. The bouquet offers notes of blackberries, black cherries and balsamic aromas as well as earthy notes and mineral nuances. On the palate, the red wine is fleshy, juicy, medium-bodied and concentrated. The fine tannins are wonderfully integrated. We recommend decanting the garnet-red wine before drinking it so that it can develop its full quality. ‘Barrancos de Pizarra’ means steep slate slopes. The red wine reflects this terroir in an impressive, authentic manner.
