Peace and Pleasure Jess Rosé

The Vrede en Lust Jess Rosé is a light, aromatic, and playful wine. It was first produced in 2007 to celebrate the 16th birthday of the eldest daughter, Jessica-Lee.

The Jess Rosé is a cuvée dominated by the Pinotage grape variety, which displays beautiful strawberry and raspberry aromas. These are complemented by floral notes and hints of watermelon. The wine is full-bodied and rich in aromas. Its crisp style and fruity palate are particularly outstanding. The finish is dry and smooth.

Enjoy the Vrede en Lust Jess Rosé as a summer wine or aperitif. It’s also a perfect pairing for light salads.

Since 1976, the Delheim Pinotage Rosé has come to symbolize a unique blend of tradition, innovation, and the South African way of life. To mark its 50th anniversary, Delheim is celebrating a wine that made history as the first South African rosé made from Pinotage and remains one of the country’s most distinctive rosés to this day.Delicate salmon pink in the glass, it unfolds an aromatic bouquet of strawberries and flowers. On the palate, this dry rosé is wonderfully fresh and lively, with juicy notes of pink grapefruit, berries, and sweet cherries. A crisp acidity and its light, elegant body ensure a delightfully refreshing drinking experience. The hand-harvested Pinotage grapes come from South Africa’s Coastal Region and grow in a cooler microclimate. Gentle winemaking yields the delicate color and fresh, fruit-forward style that has distinguished the Delheim Pinotage Rosé for decades. The wine is also vegan-friendly.Whether as an aperitif, paired with antipasti, Mediterranean salads, or mild Thai curry - this versatile rosé is perfect for a wide range of occasions. And if you’d like to experience it in a completely different way, you can even use it to create a fruity, elegant rosé mulled wine with winter spices.
