The Cielo e Terra Spumante Blanc de Blancs Cuvée Extra Dry combines an elegant presentation with a modern, uncomplicated style. As a Blanc de Blancs, it is made exclusively from white grape varieties and impresses with its fine effervescence and its light, lively character. This cuvée is ideal both as a stylish aperitif and as a versatile accompaniment to a wide variety of occasions—from festive celebrations to a relaxed evening with friends.

The cuvée is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank. This process preserves the freshness of the grapes and highlights the lively fruit and fine effervescence of the sparkling wine. The wine is designed to be enjoyed young and reaches its full potential within one to three years after bottling.

On the nose, spring-like aromas of jasmine blossoms and lime unfold, complemented by subtle hints of croissant. On the palate, the cuvée is light, fresh, and inviting, with a lively perlage and a harmonious, elegant character.

This Blanc de Blancs pairs excellently with fried artichokes, anchovies, Niçoise salad, hummus, falafel, or vegetable tempura. It is also an excellent choice with trout carpaccio with lemon zest or as an aperitif.
