The bouquet of Bepin de Eto Rosato Flavo Brut Spumante Millesimato is characterized by fascinatingly diverse notes of light peach, apricot, melon, lychee and pink grapefruit. Notes of ripe pineapple and roses round off the bouquet. On the palate, the bright pink sparkling wine is fine and slender. An elegant intensity is combined with good complexity. Flattering, fresh, velvety and balanced, with a slightly spicy juiciness on the finish.
