Mit den vier autochthonen Rebsorten Grillo, Catarratto, Carricante und Zibibbo ist der Firriato Quater Vitis Bianco IGT ein Weißwein, der die sizilianische Weinbaukunst wie nur wenige andere Kreationen verkörpert. Freuen Sie sich auf einen Weißwein, der herrlich animierend nach Orangen, Ananas, Mango und Orangenblüten duftet. Abgerundet wird das Bukett mit Noten von Lavendel, Thymian und Ingwer. Am Gaumen angenehm weich, mit einer belebenden Säure und einer schönen Aromatiefe sowie einem langen Nachklang. Probieren Sie diesen außergewöhnlichen Weißwein zum Beispiel zu Jakobsmuscheln auf einem Salatbett. 2012 wurde Firriato vom italienischen Wein-Guru Luca Maroni als „Bestes italienischer Weinproduzent des Jahres“ ausgezeichnet.
