Curatolo Arini Paccamora Catarratto IGP

Die Catarratto Trauben für den Curatolo Arini Paccamora Catarratto IGP stammen aus ausgewählten Weinbergen gelegen im Westen Siziliens. Die Weinberge sind durch sandige, lehmige Böden gekennzeichnet und liegen 300 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Hier werden die Reben Richtung Osten gepflanzt, so dass die Trauben sich durch den Einfluss der morgentlichen Sonne und des kühlenden Windes zu reich aromatischen Früchten entwickeln können.

Nach dem Entrappen und einer folgenden 12 stündigen Kaltmazeration werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und 10 bis 12 Tage lang bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 16 bis 18°C in Edelstahltanks vergoren.

Der italienische Weißwein zeigt sich in einem Zitronengelb im Glas und schimmert grünlich. Aromen exotischer Früchte, weißer Blüten und Kräutern der Provence umschmeicheln die Nase. Geschmacklich ist der Paccamora ein eleganter Wein ausgezeichnet mit einer frischen Mineralität und Noten von Steinobst wie Nektarine und Pfirsich.

Curatolo Arini Paccamora Nero d'Avola IGP
Das italienische Weingut Curatolo Arini, das in Marsala seinen Sitz hat, nutzt seinen Weinberg in Favara San Cataldo um die Rebsorte Nero d'Avola anzubauen. Der Weinberg liegt etwa 500 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Sein Boden besteht aus Lehm und Sand. Die Nero d'Avola Traube, von Einheimischen auch "Principe Siciliano" (sizilianischer Fürst) genannt, ist die bedeutenste Rebsorte Siziliens. Aus dieser Frucht ensteht der Curatolo Arini Paccamora Nero d'Avola. IGP.Nach dem Abbeeren und einer 6-tägigen Mazeration werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Der Wein reift noch einige Monate in Edelstahltanks, bevor er in Flaschen abgefüllt wird.Der italienische Rotwein ist Rubinrot und schimmert violett. Die Nase wird überwältigt mit Aromen von Veilchen, Kirschen, Pflaumen und weißem Pfeffer. Für einen vollen und runden Geschmack sorgen rote Früchte wie Kirschen und Beeren. Die gekonnt eingebundenen Tannine sind herrlich weich.

De Gras Reserva Carménère
Der De Gras Reserva Carménère stammt aus der Region Valle Central in Chile. Der Wein besteht zu einem großen Teil aus der Rebsorte Carmenere und einem kleinen Teil Merlot. Ausgebaut wurde er 5 Monate in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern in einem 80/20 Verhältnis. Dabei waren ein Viertel der Fässer neu und der Rest im zweiten Gebrauch.Im Glas ist der trockene Rotwein purpurrot. Aromen reifer, schwarzer Früchte mit Gewürzen, Schokolade, Vanille und einer feinen Note von Toast ergeben ein wunderbar elegantes und komplexes Bouquet. Dieser Rotwein hat reife und weiche Tannine. Es ergibt sich eine außerordentliche Struktur und Frische.Der vegane Wein vom Weingut Montgras passt sehr gut zu süß-sauren Gerichten, zu Eintöpfen, Pasteten, Huhn und einige öligen Fischgerichten, besonders wenn sie ein wenig Pfeffer enthalten.
