The Tavignano Cervidoni Rosso Piceno DOC is a red wine from the Marche region in Italy and carries the DOC classification (Denominazione di Origine Controllata). Cervidoni Rosso Piceno is a traditional cuvée made from a blend of the Montepulciano and Sangiovese grape varieties. In the glass, it is an intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is fruity, reminiscent of cherry jam and plum, with a slight spiciness.The Cervidoni Rosso Piceno DOC can be described as a balanced and soft wine. On the palate, it shows a good balance between fruitiness and silky tannins with a medium to full body.This red wine from Tavignano goes well with offal, grilled poultry, roast rabbit and medium-aged cheese. Try it at a drinking temperature of 16-18 degrees.

Verdicchio is an indigenous grape variety from the Marche region and is known for its fresh acidity, citrus-like aromas and a certain minerality. The Tavignano Villa Torre Verdicchio di Castelli di Jesi has a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. It has a bouquet of fresh fruit aromas, such as green apple and grapefruit, accompanied by floral notes such as hawthorn and broom flowers. On the palate, this wine is juicy, lively and well-structured with a balanced acidity and a slight bitter note. It has a pleasant complexity and length on the finish.Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi is an excellent aperitif or accompaniment to seafood, grilled fish, salads and various starters from Mediterranean cuisine.
