Hensel Aufwind Riesling Steinberg

The name of the Hensel Aufwind Riesling Steinberg indicates the origin of the grapes. The Steinberg vineyard, with soils characterised by sandstone and scree, is located northwest of the city of Bad Dürkheim, Germany. The cooling winds that always prevail here make the Steinberg a classic Riesling vineyard.

The wine is crisp and fresh, offering aromas of mandarin and lime. On the palate, the well-balanced body is characterised by a special minerality and the crisp acidity. The mouthfeel is simultaneously tangy and juicy, recalling notes of grapefruit. The Hensel Aufwind Riesling Steinberg makes everybody happy who enjoys drinking particularly fresh, lively wines.

Weingut Hensel

Neiss Riesling trocken
Wonderfully fresh notes of grapefruit and lemon and nuances of fresh grass unite to create the Neiss Riesling dry. On the palate, this white wine from the northern Palatinate offers a beautifully racy acidity and a defining minerality. This pure varietal Riesling comes from different vineyards of the estate, located at the beginning of the German Wine Route (Deutsche Weinstrasse). The Riesling vine is a grape variety that ripens slowly and shows an expressive acidity. It is therefore ideal for the cooler climate and the late autumn sun which are predominant in the northern Palatinate. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. You’ll want to discover this invigorating white wine from the Neiss estate.Für Glühweinliebhaber, die das aromatische Heißgetränk lieber selbst zubereiten möchten, ist der ausdrucksstarke Riesling vom Weingut Neiss genau die richtige Wahl.
