Der Les Ribères duftet herrlich animierend nach Grapefruit und frischen Zitronen. Colombard-Trauben sind Garanten für fruchtige Noten, die von Zitrone und Mango über Passionsfrucht bis zu Pfirsich reichen. Die Gros Manseng passt wunderbar dazu mit ihren Noten von tropischen Früchten und Steinobst.

Am Gaumen ist dieser im Wortsinne preiswerte französische Weißwein trocken und leicht, mit feiner Säure (dank der Colombard). Dazu eine fruchtbetonte, aromatische Tiefe, wobei wiederum Aromen von Zitronen und exotischen Früchten prägend sind.
