Champagne Joseph Perrier Rosé Brut

The Cuvée Royale Rosé Brut from Joseph Perrier in Châlons-en-Champagne stands for elegance, freshness and finely balanced fruit. This rosé champagne is produced using the classic rosé d'assemblage method and combines precision with an accessible style.

Around 10% still vinified Pinot Noir is added to the cuvée to lend color, structure and aromatic depth. Around 20% reserve wines provide additional complexity and continuity in the house style. The maturation period is at least 36 months on the lees. With a dosage of approx. 7 g/l, the champagne presents itself in a balanced brut style - fresh, precise and harmonious. Delicate, bright rosé in the glass with a fine, lively perlage. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of cherry, sour cherry and redcurrant, complemented by subtle notes of blood orange. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with clear red fruit, fine structure and elegant balance. Subtle nuances of wild strawberries and a hint of freshness in the finish lend additional finesse. The finish is precise, harmonious and persistent.

Ideal as an elegant aperitif as well as with salmon, poultry, fine starters or fruity desserts with moderate sweetness.

Das Champagner-Haus Joseph Perrier liegt im Herzen des Städtchens Châlon-en-Champagne. Unter den Gebäuden befinden sich die für diese Region typischen kilometerlangen Kreidekeller, in denen der Champagner bei einer konstanten Temperatur von 10-12 °C und einer Luftfeuchtigkeit von ca. 85% ideale Lagerbedingungen vorfindet.

Die Weine des eigenen Weingutes, das über 20 Hektar Weinberge in Cumieres verfügt, bilden die qualitativ höchstmögliche Basis für die Bereitung von Champagne Joseph Perrier.

Das Unternehmen wurde 1825 von Alexandre Perrier gegründet. Schon bald zählte es zu den bedeutendsten Champagne-Häusern und fand seinen Platz u.a. unter den Grandes Marques de Champagne.

Champagne Deutz Brut Rosé
A many-hued colour with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and redcurrants.On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.The champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reimsregion, and from Premiers Crus andGrands Crus. Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in 8% of red wine produced from a plot of old vines on the hill of Aÿ, and from a plot known as “Meurtet”. Both are particularly well sited and belong to Deutz. The red wine is made by our cellar-master. After almost three years ageing on its lees, the aromas have softened and harmonised, giving this Brut Rosé a particularly subtle nose, and a very interesting mixture of softness and freshness on the palate.This can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal, where it would provide the perfect foil for salmon cooked with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with red berry sauces, roast lamb chops or certain fresh and creamy cheese, such as Chaource or Brillat Savarin.Also available as a 0,75 liter bottle.
