Montes Twins Red Blend

This Chilean Montes Twins Red Blend has a ruby to purple-red color. The bouquet has expressive aromas of ripe red and black fruits, such as cherries, raspberries and plums.

The aroma of the Montes Twins Red Blend is finely layered with spicy notes of barrique ageing as well as vanilla, baking cocoa and chocolate.

On the palate, this red wine is round, powerful, smooth and full-bodied. Soft, mature tannins emphasize the aromatic fruit of both grape varieties and give the wine perfect ageing potential.

The Montes Twin is ideal with meat dishes, spicy oven dishes, pasta and pizza.

It should be decanted at least 30 minutes before drinking.

MontGras Quatro
A wonderful taste of Chile: Four outstanding grape varieties compose this singular and distinctive red wine. Quatro is the outcome of a judicious oak aged blend that shows the optimum balance between ripe fruit and velvety smooth tannins, as well as the true characteristic of this particular vintage year. The blend from the Colchagua Valley has a deep ruby red with purple notes. On the nose a unique combination of ripe fruit, spices and floral notes given by each of the varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carmenère & Malbec), framed by touches of toast and cedar from a nicely integrated oak ageing. On the palate firm and powerful, with plenty of ripe and nicely textured tannins that give structure and silkiness. Loads of juicy ripe black fruit nicely combined with vanilla and toast from the oak ageing.

Montes Alpha Chardonnay
The Montes Alpha Chardonnay has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. It has notes of tropical fruit, such as papaya, peach and grapefruit, which blend perfectly with the vanilla notes and sweet spices it contains. The wine is fresh and pleasant on the palate. Acidic notes of yoghurt and dulce de leche smooth out this Chilean wine excellently and give it persistence.Enjoy this versatile wine with salmon, lobster or fresh shellfish. It is also an excellent accompaniment to mature cheese or pasta dishes.

Montes Limited Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Carménère
In the glass, it shimmers with a beautiful, intensely luminous ruby red. The bouquet blends seductive notes of delicate butter caramel, chocolate, spices, tobacco, and coffee with elegant vanilla aromas resulting from barrel aging. On the palate, it is gentle with a soft, almost sweet fullness, a medium to full body, and the characteristic Carmenère tannins—firm yet velvety from aging. The finish is harmoniously round and balanced with a beautiful length. In 2000, Aurelio Montes launched the exquisite wines of the Limited Series. Among them is this elegant cuvée from the Apalta Valley, which was originally intended to be a single-varietal Carmenère. However, after numerous trials, Aurelio Montes ultimately opted for this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère.The Montes Limited Selection Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenère pairs well with many meat dishes, including those with oriental spices, Chilean chicken stew, or spicy rice stews. This dry red wine from Chile should be opened one hour before serving.
