Der strohgelbe Chardonnay aus Chile ist klassisch und elegant. Die Trauben für diesen reinsortigen Chardonnay werden direkt nach der Lese gepresst und in französische Eichenfässer, von denen 30% neu sind, gefüllt. Die Gärung erfolgt teils als natürliche und teils als malolaktische Gärung. Durch die 13 monatige Reifung im Barrique erhält der Antu Chardonnay seine besonderen Noten von Vanille, Ananas, reifen Pfirsichen und einen Hauch von Birne. Am Gaumen ist der Antu Chardonnay cremig mit einem mittleren Körper und einer frischen Säure.

Quatro is the outcome of a judicious oak aged blend that shows the optimum balance between ripe fruit and velvety smooth tannins, as well as the true characteristic of this particular vintage year.The blend from the Colchagua Valley has a deep ruby red with purple notes. On the nose a unique combination of ripe fruit, spices and floral notes given by each of the varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Carmenère & Malbec), framed by touches of toast and cedar from a nicely integrated oak ageing.On the palate firm and powerful, with plenty of ripe and nicely textured tannins that give structure and silkiness.
