Barramundi Shiraz

The Barramundi Shiraz unites notes of plums, fruit cake, dark berries, vanilla and pepper in its bouquet, complemented by a fine spice. This red wine from Australia is wonderfully accessible and fruity, beautifully expressing the philosophy behind the Barramundi wines.

The Shiraz is full-bodied, aromatic and fleshy on the palate, with silky tannins. This pure varietal Shiraz was aged for six months in new American oak casks. The grapes come from the Murray Darling region located in Victoria, where two of Australia’s biggest rivers flow together. You’ll want to discover the Barramundi Shiraz with aubergine parmigiana, a grilled T-bone steak with Café de Paris butter or fruity panforte, the sweet pastry from Italy.

Qualia Wines

This Australian blend, consisting of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, is redolent of ripe red and dark berries, along with fine nuances of chocolate, vanilla and cedar. On the palate, the red wine from south-eastern Australia is full-bodied and round, with a very fine sweetness. Its finish is supple and fruity, showing a sustained freshness. The wines of the 19 Crimes line recall people convicted of crimes in Britain who were exiled to Australia beginning in the late 18th century.
