Sein intensives Aromenspiel und die erfrischende Struktur machen ihn zu einem der besten Vertreter dieser Rebsorte.Die Torrontés-Trauben für diesen Wein wachsen in extremer Höhenlage von bis zu 1.700 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel. Die kühlen Nächte und sonnigen Tage sorgen für eine langsame Reifung und eine außergewöhnliche Aromenentwicklung. Nach der Lese werden die Trauben sanft gepresst und bei kontrollierter Temperatur in Edelstahltanks vergoren.
