This Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) shows a bouquet uniting notes of almond blossom and apricot. The white wine from the Palatinate region is pleasantly soft on the palate. It has a moderate acidity, yet is lean and lively. Furthermore, the Studier Grauburgunder has a mineral note and is earthy and expressive without being powerful. This wine is an excellent fresh Grauburgunder with clear fruit flavours and a lovely accompaniment to roasted and grilled meat, spicy vegetable dishes and strong cheeses such as Emmentaler, Appenzeller and Comté. It is a beautiful representative of the Palatinate viticulture as produced by the Studier estate.

The Studier Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) trocken from the Palatinate region smells of apricots and pears, with notes of citrus fruit and pineapple. On the palate, this full-bodied white wine has a striking but pleasant acidity and a lovely melting texture. The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard that is more than 40 years old.Studier Pinot Blanc dry was matured in stainless steel tanks.
