Tagaro Vermentino Puglia IGP is a fresh and lively white wine from Apulia that expresses the sunny, southern region of Italy in every sip. The grapes are carefully harvested from sun-drenched vineyards and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the natural fruit notes and tangy freshness of the grape variety.Visually, the wine is a bright straw yellow with fine green reflections - typical of Vermentino. Delicate aromas of peach, apricot and Mediterranean herbs unfold on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with lively acidity, mineral freshness and notes of green apple and hints of pineapple. The finish is light, clear and pleasantly fruity.Serve the Tagaro Vermentino well chilled at around 8-10 °C. It harmonizes perfectly with light dishes such as seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh salads or creamy cheese. Its freshness also makes it the perfect summer wine - uncomplicated, refreshing and with typical Apulian charm.
