Tenuta Roveglia Ca d'Oro Cabernet Sauvignon DOC

Die Trauben für den Tenuta Roveglia Ca d'Oro Cabernet Sauvignon DOC reifen 50 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel am südlichen Ufer des Gardasees. Sie werden von Hand gelesen und nach einer 6-7 monatigen Gärung in Edelstahl für 24 Monate in Barriquefässern ausgebaut. Nach der Abfüllung in Flaschen ruht der Wein für weitere 12 Monate. In dem samtigen Bouquet des reinsortigen Cabernet Sauvignons überwiegen Aromen von Pflaumen und schwarzen Johannisbeeren mit Nuancen von Kräutern. Am Gaumen ist der Rotwein üppig mit milder Säure.

The bouquet unites fresh notes of grapefruit, quince and bitter orange.On the palate, the brilliant, salmon-coloured wine is wonderfully fresh and very drinkable, showing lovely aromas and a pleasant depth.
