It is produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. On the nose, it offers intense aromas. On the palate, the elegant grappa is dry and long-lasting. The Marzadro family has once again succeeded in coaxing the best out of the grape varieties so typical of the region and has demonstrated its skills in blending and refining them.

Marzadro Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune

The Marzadro Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune is produced by distilling five Trentino pomaces such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato and Chardonnay. As a special feature, this exceptional grappa matured for 18 months in small barrels made of cherry wood, ash, oak and robinia, giving this grappa its typical intense and ethereal fragrance with fine vanilla aromas, deep colour and full flavour. The Marzadro Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune is round and silky on the palate. The name “Le Diciotto Lune” (18 moons) means that the grappa aged for 18 months in wooden casks. It has repeatedly received prestigious awards bestowed by international critics. Here, wood and grappa develop in perfect harmony.

Marzadro Grappa Trentina Morbida Barrique

The Marzadro Grappa Trentina Morbida is a wonderfully soft blend consisting of the Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grape varieties. The grappa was produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. After distillation, it matured for several months in barrels in which the Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune grappa was previously aged. The distillate is rounded off by the breathing of the wood and the contact with oxygen, resulting in an aromatic and velvety grappa that has an intense and long-lasting taste.

Der Grappa Riserva Botti da Madeira von Sibona ist ein speziell aus Trester der Muskateller-Traube destillierter Grappa Riserva. Er wurde zunächst lange in Eichenfässern ausgebaut. Bis hierhin nicht außergewöhnlich, dann allerdings folgt eine mehrmonatige Verfeinerung in vormaligen Madeira-Fässern. Entsprechend duftet dieser strohgelbe Grappa aus dem Piemont herrlich fruchtig, untermalt von einer sinnlichen Madeira-Note. Am Gaumen ist diese Sibona-Kreation vollmundig, tiefgründig und rund, mit einem langen Finale, das von floralen Noten geprägt wird.
