Der De Gras Reserva Carménère stammt aus der Region Valle Central in Chile. Der Wein besteht zu einem großen Teil aus der Rebsorte Carmenere und einem kleinen Teil Merlot. Ausgebaut wurde er 5 Monate in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern in einem 80/20 Verhältnis. Dabei waren ein Viertel der Fässer neu und der Rest im zweiten Gebrauch.Im Glas ist der trockene Rotwein purpurrot. Aromen reifer, schwarzer Früchte mit Gewürzen, Schokolade, Vanille und einer feinen Note von Toast ergeben ein wunderbar elegantes und komplexes Bouquet. Dieser Rotwein hat reife und weiche Tannine. Es ergibt sich eine außerordentliche Struktur und Frische.Der vegane Wein vom Weingut Montgras passt sehr gut zu süß-sauren Gerichten, zu Eintöpfen, Pasteten, Huhn und einige öligen Fischgerichten, besonders wenn sie ein wenig Pfeffer enthalten. Genießen Sie den Carmenere bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 16-18 °C.

The wine is elegant and has a very well defined character. The 5% of Petit Verdot is adding an extra element of complexity. There is an pleasant and harmonious marriage of fruit and the French oak. The structure of this wine will keep it for at least 20 years. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced, full-bodied and superbly voluptuous on the mid-palate with a rewarding, lingering after taste of mature grapes and acidity that reflects its superb structure.MONTES ALPHA "M" can be enjoyed now or cellared for several years (it will continue to improve in the bottle for at least 20 years).

The Montes Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is an expressive red wine from the Chilean Valle de Colchagua, one of the most renowned wine regions in South America.This Chilean red wine is characterized by a dense ruby red color with dark reflections. The intense aroma of fruits such as cassis and wild strawberries is accompanied by black cherries and a hint of chocolate: dark berries on the surface, delicately underlined by a hint of oak, supported by the solid and ripe tannins of this dry red wine. The Cabernet provides the power (85%), the Merlot the fruitiness (15%). Gentle and refined on the finish.The Montes Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent accompaniment to all spicy, aromatic meat dishes. Viña Carmen Insigne Merlot 2023

This raspberry-colored Merlot from the Central Valley in Chile has a wonderfully fruity aroma of plums, blackberries and cherries. There are also subtle notes of vanilla, caramel and coffee as well as nuances of roasted aromas from the ageing in French and American oak.This blend of Merlot and a small proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon is full on the palate, with a beautiful structure and wonderfully integrated, soft and round tannins. The finish is fresh, fruity and intense. It lingers for a long time.The Carmen Merlot from the literally excellent Viña Carmen, one of Chile's oldest wineries, is a good accompaniment to dishes with salmon or white meat. The ideal drinking temperature is 16 to 18 degrees.
