Coming from the renowned Angerhof vineyard of the Tschida winery, this wine demonstrates the passion and skill of award-winning winemaker Hans Tschida, who is considered an expert in noble sweet wines.On the nose, the Auslese is captivating with intense fruit aromas such as ripe apricots, peaches and tropical fruits, complemented by fine honey notes and a hint of flowers. On the palate, the wine is dense and multi-layered, with a perfectly balanced sweetness that is balanced by a lively acidity. The finish is long-lasting and impressive.The grapes for the selection are selectively harvested by hand when they have reached a high must weight. Vinification takes place gently, mostly in stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
