Château de Cérons Graves Rouge 2020 is a classic Bordeaux red wine from the renowned Graves growing region in the south of Bordeaux. The vineyard is located in the immediate vicinity of the Garonne and benefits from gravelly and chalky soils, which give the wine its elegant structure and characteristic minerality. 2020 was an outstanding vintage in the Bordelais. The de Cérons 2020 was vinified from the traditional Bordeaux grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in a ratio of 80:20 and matured for 40% for 12 months in French oak, partly new, and 60% in tank.The wine is a deep ruby red in the glass. On the nose, it develops intense aromas of ripe berries such as blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by subtle floral notes, tobacco, cedar wood and a hint of dark chocolate. It is full-bodied and complex on the palate: juicy, medium to full-bodied, with clear fruit, silky tannins and a fresh, mineral finish.
