With 40 months of bottle fermentation on the lees, this fine brut is one of the most elaborate and highest quality Lugana sparkling wines. It comes from the Azienda Agricola Bulgarini, which stands for fine, characterful wines with a regional identity.In the glass, this sparkling wine shines in a brilliant straw yellow with a fine, rising perlage. The nose is multi-layered with aromas of delicate white flowers and orange blossom with notes of apricot and peach. Fresh and spicy on the palate with a silky alcohol note and typical varietal notes of almond and hay. Pleasant suppleness with a lively perlage. Medium to long finish with a fruity aftertaste and a slight bitter note on the finish, reminiscent of the characteristics of the original grape variety.This sparkling wine is made from the indigenous Turbiana grape (also known as Trebbiano di Lugana). After a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the classic method. The wine remains on the fine lees for over 40 months, which gives it depth, creaminess and aromatic complexity. Im Herzen des hügeligen Lugana-Gebiets, südlich des Gardasees, reifen die Trauben für den Bulgarini Primitus heran. Der italienische Rotwein ist eine wundervolle Kreation aus Marzemino-Trauben (eine alte Rotweinsorte, die wohl aus Italien stammt), Sangiovese sowie Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon.Das Bouquet des italienischen Rotweins ist verführerisch komplex. Es umfasst intensive Noten von Paprika, Pfeffer, Heidelbeeren, Johannisbeeren und Himbeeren. Mit der Zeit kommen kräuterige und würzige Nuancen hinzu, die den Duftstrauß harmonisch abrunden. Fausto Bulgarini dedicated the Rosso Bruno Vino Rosso to his father Bruno, attesting to the fact that this wine is a sophisticated cuvée of the winery from Lombardy. This red wine is an intense red in colour. Its grapes ripen in vineyards with gravelly and clay soils situated south of Lake Garda. Its bouquet unites notes of small red berries, cherries, cocoa and liquorice. The red wine, which matured for 12 months in oak casks, is harmonious and soft on the palate, with noticeable but wonderfully integrated tannins. The Rosso Bruno has a prolonged finish.Try this Italian red wine with dishes with red meat, game or various ripe cheeses. It is a fine taste experience from the hilly Lugana region.
