The Orvalaiz Cabernet Sauvignon from the Orvalaiz winery presents itself with aromas of fully ripe, dark berries on the nose, accompanied by subtle notes of tobacco and toasted bread. On the palate, it shows pleasant pressure and tension, with impressions of blackcurrant, red bell pepper and a hint of balsamic notes on the finish.Its six-month maturation in American oak barriques gives it additional depth and gentle spice.This red wine is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, spicy pasta dishes or mature cheese. Serve the Orvalaiz Cabernet Sauvignon at 16-18 °C to enjoy the full fruit and structure.
