Für die Herstellung des Valdelagunde Semidulce verwendete Paolo Escudero vom Weingut Bodegas Pedro Escudero Viura- und Verdejo-Trauben. Da die Viura-Trauben zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt reif sind, wurden die Trauben zu unterschiedlichen Terminen geerntet.Die Verdejo-Trauben, die später geerntet wurden, wurden erst in der letzten Phase des Gärungsprozesses mit einbezogen. So entstand ein einzigartiger spritziger Weißwein mit einer natürlichen Süße, geringer Säure und wenig Alkohol. Die wunderbare Cuvée verführt mit sommerlichen Aromen von Melone, Ananas und frischen Äpfeln.

The Telmo Rodriguez Basa DO Rueda has an enticingly fruity and spicy bouquet offering notes of passion fruit, melon, citrus fruit and pears, along with nuances of fennel and hints of minerals.
