Die frische lebendige Nase ist geprägt von tropischen Aromen. Auch am Gaumen setzt sich diese Frische fort, wobei die Säure nicht überdimensioniert ist. Der Geschmack ist saftig und speziell mit Noten von Mango und ein wenig Ananas ausgestattet. Ein südafrikanischer Weißwein für unbeschwerten Genuss. Der Morgenster Sauvignon Blanc ist ein unkomplizierter, viele Geschmacksrichtungen treffender, gute Laune Wein. Man ächzt geradezu nach dem nächsten Schluck.
