The Merlot DOC Riserva Siebeneich offers a complex bouquet, which combines notes of dried plums, cranberries, mint and eucalyptus, complemented by hints of black pepper and subtle oak notes. On the palate the wine shows a stable tannin structure. The fruitiness of the wine is impressive as well as the long lasting finish.

12 months the wine matured partly in large oak barrels (70%) and partly in barriques (30%). For the maturation in the barriques, one third new wood barrels was used.

The 100% Lagrein from the Alto Adige winery Cantina Terlan has a strong ruby to garnet color with violet hues. On the nose, earthy and mineral notes that harmonize beautifully with fruity flavors. This 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc is bright yellow with a green shimmer. On the nose, this creation from South Tyrol offers fruity aromas of apricot, tangerine and passion fruit. There are also hints of elderflower, nettle and mint, which complement the multi-faceted bouquet. On the palate, fruity and with a fine acidity. The Winkl Sauvignon DOC is wonderfully balanced and also offers a good structure and minerality. The wine was aged for 5-7 months in stainless steel tanks. Lagrein DOC in matured 7-10 month in large wooden barrels. The 100% Lagrein from the winery Cantina Terlan has a dark garnet color. On the nose, intensely fruity. Notes of dried cranberries and sour cherry are complemented by a floral scent of lilac. Nuances of chocolate complete the complex bouquet. On the palate, juicy and harmonious, with a fine texture and delicate tannins. This full-bodied wine from South Tyrol is ideal to braised lamb shank, beef roulades with mashed potatoes or braised venison. Also with hard cheeses, like a ripened Parmesan, a delight.

Terlaner Classico DOC

The Terlaner is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. It is the historical Cuvée produced since the founding of the winery (1893!). The wine sparkles straw yellow with green hues. On the nose it offers notes of green apple and white peach. They are typical of the classic Terlan. Add to that, even subtle nuances of lemon and mint.On the palate, the white wine is invogorating but very soft. He also impresses with its freshness, minerality and great length.The grapes for the wine were picked and selected by hand. Stations of the winemaking-process: slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel; storage and ripening for 5-7 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks; finally, the assemblage a month before bottling.At about halfway between the cities of Merano and Bolzano is the wine-village of Terlan. The history of the South Tyrolean Cantina Terlano dates back to 1893. Over this long period Cantina Terlan has built an excellent reputation. The Wine Advocate stated in October 2014: "Cantina Terlano is one of the most prolific wineries in Italy and among the oldest in the region. San Marzano Sessantanni Primitivo di Manduria DOP

Production area: Selected vineyards of Neviera and Casa Rossa, located in San Marzano district. The soil is mainly “terra rossa”, with a fine texture and generally a calcareous undergound with a few emerging rocks. The well-known redness of these soils is due to the presence of iron oxides. The climate is characterised by high temperatures all year round, very few rainfalls and a wide difference of temperature between night and day, which has a nice influence on the quality of grapes. This is the “classical” central area of d.o.c. ”Primitivo di Manduria” Harvest period: Third decade of August, first decade of September Vinification: Hand-harvested in small baskets. Maceration: 18 days with selected autochtonous yeasts. The Nonino distillery is the epitome of top quality in the world of grappa, and its Nonino Grappa Antica Cuvee is a taste experience as well. The estate from Udine, Italy has been producing grappa since 1897. The grappa offers notes of brioche, puff pastry, orange and candied fruit in its bouquet, along with a lovely spice. On the palate, the amber-coloured marc is warm and velvety. As you drink it, noticeable aromas of apricots, vanilla and almonds are gradually revealed.
