Der vollmundige Doppio Passo Primitivo Salento Puglia in der besonders schönen Reliefflasche ist eine beliebte Spezialität aus Italien. Seine eindrucksvolle Aromatiefe und seine Fülle beruhen auf dem traditionellen Herstellungsverfahrens Ripasso di Valpolicella. Der Wein wird nach der ersten Gärung noch einmal auf die Schalen gegeben, um erneut zu vergären. Während dieses „doppelten Gangs“ (doppio passo) entzieht der Wein den Schalen noch einmal Farbe, Aroma und einen feinen Hauch von Süße. Diese zweite Gärung verhilft dem Primitivo zu mehr Intensität und Fülle.

Im Bouquet vereinen sich Noten von süßen Beerenfrüchten (Brombeeren, Waldbeeren und Kirschen) mit intensiven Noten von Dörrobst. Am Gaumen ist der charakterstarke Rotwein aus Süditalien wunderbar aromatisch, vollmundig und samtig, die Tanninen sind fein eingebunden.

Der tief rubinrote Doppio Passo Riserva Primitivo di Manduria DOC ist eine wunderbare Rotwein aus der Rebsorte Primitivo. Der Rotwein aus Apulien duftet nach Noten von reifen Kirschen und Pflaumen, die mit unterschwelligen Holztönen und einer schönen Würze ein eindrucksvolles Zusammenspiel ergeben. Am Gaumen ist dieser Doppio Passo Riserva vollmundig, weich und ausgewogen, mit einer großen Tiefe.Die handverlesenen Trauben wurden für die Herstellung dieses Weines ein zweites Mal auf den Schalen vergoren (doppelter Gang, ital. doppio passo).
