The Pommier Chablis AOC comes from the heart of the renowned Burgundy region and impressively reflects the elegance and precision of classic Chablis. The Chardonnay grapes thrive here on the chalky and clayey Kimmeridge soils typical of the region, which give the wine its unmistakable minerality and freshness.

In the glass, it is light yellow with greenish reflections and seduces with a fine bouquet of citrus fruit, green apple and white flowers. On the palate, it is clear, lively and precise, with a distinctive but harmoniously integrated acidity. The typical flintstone minerality provides structure and depth, while a subtle creaminess elegantly rounds off the wine.

Der Carmes de Rieussec 2022 stammt aus dem berühmten Weingut Château Rieussec in der Appellation Sauternes, Bordeaux. Château Rieussec ist für seine edelsüßen Weine bekannt, und der Carmes de Rieussec ist der Zweitwein des Hauses. Wie der Grand Vin wird er aus den typischen Rebsorten der Region gekeltert: 58% Sémillon, 25% Sauvignon Blanc und 17% Muscadelle. Diese Trauben profitieren stark vom Einfluss der Flüsse Garonne und Ciron, die das für Sauternes so typische Mikroklima schaffen und den Befall der Trauben mit Edelfäule (Botrytis cinerea) begünstigen.Der Carmes de Rieussec 2022 zeigt sich in der Nase opulent und reichhaltig. Chante Alouette 2018 is a typical Bordeaux from the right bank of the Saint-Émilion appellation. The vineyards are located between such famous neighbors as Château Pavie and La Gaffeliére; the sand and clay soils, in addition to careful vinification, are responsible for producing particularly elegant and rich wines with a lot of charm.Château Chante Aloutte was taken over in 1995 by the Guy d'Arfeuille family, who combine the best of tradition and modernity while respecting and appreciating nature. The blend consists of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. It is matured in barriques with 30% new wood for one year.The 2018 Chante Alouette has a deep garnet-purple color. Blueberries, sweet cherries, licorice, baked plums, tobacco and violets on the nose. The palate is wonderfully elegant, opening up a world of dark fruits with chocolate. Lots of velvet and well-integrated tannins with an intense finish complete a very rounded picture of the exceptional 2018 vintage.A wonderful solo wine, drinkable now until around 2038, which also cuts an excellent figure with game, braised meat, grilled lamb or hard cheese.
