Das Gleichgewicht zwischen Tradition und Innovation, viel Handarbeit und eine weitgehend biologische Wirtschaftsweise sind die herausstechenden Kennzeichen von Gorgo. Authentisch und sehr regionstypisch präsentiert sich der beliebte italienische Weißwein.Der Custoza ist eine Cuvée, die aus 3 verschieden traditionellen Rebsorten vom Gardasee vinifiziert wird. Der Trebbiano, der die Struktur und den kräftigen Körper liefert, der Cortese, der Frische und Harmonie bringt, und Garganega, der für die üppige Frucht und dezent blumige Aromatik sorgt. Zusammen formen Sie einen lebhaften, frischen und vollmundigen Wein.Die reifen Trauben werden spät von Hand geerntet. Es folgt eine 20-25-stündigen Mazeration auf den Schalen. Anschließend wird der Rebsaft in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur vergoren.
