Der Pareto’s Estate Cabernet Sauvignon ist ein kraftvoller und eleganter Rotwein aus der Region Monterey in Kalifornien, USA. Das Weingut Pareto’s Estate, im Besitz der Scheid Family, schafft mit einer sorgfältigen Vinifizierung und geringem Eingriff in die natürliche Gärung einen wunderbar leicht zu trinkenden Cabernet Sauvignon. Im Glas erstrahlt der Pareto’s Estate Cabernet Sauvignon in einem tiefen Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. Das Bouquet ist geprägt von Aromen von Blaubeere, Cassis, reifer Pflaume und Brombeeren, ergänzt durch Noten von Vanille und etwas Mokka. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich dieser Cabernet Sauvignon mit einer mittelkräftigen Struktur, reichhaltigen, aber weichen Tanninen und viel Frucht. Der Abgang ist lang mit anhaltendem Fruchtgeschmack.
