Blass pinkfarben schimmert dieser Rosé aus Südafrika im Glas. Der reinsortige Cabernet Sauvignon aus dem Herzen der Stellenbosch-Region duftet herrlich anregend fruchtig nach Erdbeeren, reifen Nektarinen und nach Blütenblättern. Am Gaumen ist der Peter Falke Blanc de Noir trocken, mit einer eindrucksvollen Fruchtigkeit (vor allem Granatapfel) und einer tollen Samtigkeit. Das frische Finale klingt noch lange nach.

Blanc de Noir bedeutet wörtlich „weißer aus schwarzen“. Die Bezeichnung steht für einen weißen Wein, der aus dunkelblauen bis schwarzen Trauben hergestellt wurde. In diesem Fall handelt es sich um einen Rosé. Durch das nur leichte Anpressen der Cabernet-Sauvignon-Trauben wurde die Extraktion der Farbe aus der Schale auf ein Minimum reduziert. Um zu langen Kontakt mit der Schale zu vermeiden, wurde der gepresste Traubensaft direkt abgelassen. Anschließend wurde der Peter Falke Blanc de Noir im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.

Entdecken Sie diesen Rosé aus Stellenbosch gut gekühlt bei einer Trinktemperatur von 6 bis 8 Grad. Solo getrunken ein toller Begleiter im Frühjahr und Sommer, aber auch ideal zu Sushi, Curry-Gerichten oder Desserts wie einer Beeren-Pavlova, einer mit Sahne und Früchten gefüllten Torte aus einer Baisermasse.
