Le Riche Richesse ist ein Blend aus der renommierten Weinregion Stellenbosch in Südafrika. Dieser Wein verkörpert die reiche Vielfalt und Finesse, die die Weine dieser Region auszeichnet. Die Basis für diesen Rotwein stellt die Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon dar. Ergänzend wird die Kombination um die Rebsorten Cinsaut, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot und Merlot.

Der Wein präsentiert sich in leuchtendem Rubinrot mit einem verführerischen Bouquet von schwarzen Beeren, Süßkirschen, Himbeeren und einem Hauch von Zeder. The Alto Rouge consists of 5 grape varieties: Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The grapes for this wine come from north- and northwest-facing vineyards located on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains. Thus, the vines are cooled by a fresh breeze in the afternoon, supporting the wine’s elegance and balance. The Alto Rouge is a deep ruby-red in the glass. On the nose, aromas of red fruit are predominant, along with hints of chocolate and light notes of woodchips. This cuvée is distinguished by its soft tannins and wonderful fruit aromas. Overall, this is a wine with style, lots of complexity and a high ageing potential. Winemaker Bertho van de Westhuizen recommends enjoying the Alto Rouge with game birds and tender red meat.

The Meerlust Red is an elegant red wine cuvée from Stellenbosch that perfectly reflects the terroir and expertise of the famous Meerlust wine estate. As the "second wine" of the legendary Meerlust Rubicon, this blend offers a more accessible yet complex alternative with intense fruit, fine spice and a smooth tannin structure.The grapes for the Meerlust Red come from the same first-class vineyards as the Rubicon. The cuvée usually consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, although Malbec or Petit Verdot may also be added depending on the vintage. Stellenrust Corner Stone Pinotage

The Stellenrust Cornerstone Pinotage comes from the winery's so-called Super Premium Range and thus represents the second highest level of quality. A wine that is given a lot of attention.South Africa is known for its large proportion of Pinotage wines, which is why it is a challenge to vinify a particularly good Pinotage. Dr. Tertius Boshoff, winemaker and owner of Stellenrust, therefore places extreme importance on the selection of grapes and their processing. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed for around 36 hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maturation takes place in French oak barrels over a period of around 20 months.On the nose, the Stellenrust Cornerstone Pinotage has an aroma of blueberries and raspberries, with notes of ripe peach and black cherry. On the palate, the wine is juicy and full-bodied, delicate and warm with subtle oak tones.
