Der Delaire Graff Sunrise Brut Cap Classique ist ein exquisites Beispiel südafrikanischer Handwerkskunst im Schaumweinbereich und besticht mit einem eleganten, grünstichigen, blass zitronengelben Farbton und einer feinen, anhaltenden Perlage. Dieser MCC wird nach der Methode Cap Classique, Südafrikas Antwort auf die traditionelle Champagner-Methode, vinifiziert. Der Schaumwein ruht 18 Monate auf der Hefe, um seine cremige Textur und subtile Hefe- und Toastnoten zu entwickeln.

In der Nase verzaubert der Sunrise Brut von Delaire Graff mit frischen Stachelbeernoten und Melone. Am Gaumen zeigt sich eine harmonische Balance zwischen lebhafter Säure und subtiler Cremigkeit, die von Finesse und Intensität mit einer feinen, perfekt integrierten Mousse aus Limette, Birnentropfen und zarten Vanillenoten geprägt ist. Der Abgang ist elegant und hinterlässt ein Gefühl von Frische und Leichtigkeit.

Perfekt als Aperitif oder als Begleitung zu Austern, gegrillten Garnelen oder feinen Fischgerichten. Auch zu cremigen Risottos oder einem milden Ziegenkäse zeigt sich dieser Cap Classique Sunrise Brut von Delaire Graff als vielseitiger Begleiter, der besondere Momente stilvoll bereichert.

Der Babylonstoren Sprankel MCC ist ein prickelnder Schaumwein aus Südafrika. Die Abkürzung MCC bedeutet Methode Cap Classique und beschreibt die Herstellungsmethode, die dem eines Champagners nahezu identisch ist. Und auch die Qualität dieses und anderer Schaumweine aus Südafrika sind vielen Champagnern ebenbürtig. Im Glas funkelt der Babylonstoren Sprankel MCC in einem brillanten, hellen Strohton mit einem feinen Grünstich. Er bildet eine feine, anhaltende Perlage. Das Bouquet verführt mit frischen Aromen von grünen Äpfeln, Zitrusfrüchten und weißen Pfirsichen, untermalt von floralen Noten und einem Hauch von Butterkeksen und Brioche. Die Trauben, 90% Chardonnay und 10% Pinot Noir, werden von Hand gelesen und nach der traditionellen Methode der Flaschengärung vinifiziert. The Steenberg 1682 Pinot Noir Rosé Cap Classique (MCC) is a high-quality, traditionally produced sparkling wine from the Steenberg wine estate in Constantia, the oldest wine-growing region in South Africa. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this Cap Classique impressively demonstrates how elegant and complex South African sparkling wine can be.In the glass, the rosé sparkling wine has a delicate salmon hue with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it has aromas of fresh strawberries, redcurrants, grapefruit and a hint of brioche.
