The fresh, crystal-clear Nonino Ùe Malvasia offers fine notes of apricot and peach in its bouquet, complemented by a lovely Mediterranean spice. To produce the Ùe, the skins, fruit pulp and juice of the whole grapes are distilled at once. The high juice content is a guarantor of an exceptional taste experience that impressively reflects the grape variety’s characteristics. On the palate, the Nonino Grappa Malvasia is supple and full-bodied, with a remarkably fruity finish.

The Ùe Malvasia is an exquisite ingredient for cream desserts. It is also an ideal accompaniment to fish dishes or sushi and goes exceptionally well with fruit salads.
